Using Puzzlekin

These Terms of Use apply to the Puzzlekin family of apps, including Puzzlekin: Kids Puzzle Adventure, Puzzlekin: My Big World, and Puzzlekin: Animal Friends, as well as the Puzzlekin website. A parent or legal guardian should review these terms for a child using an app.

You may use the Puzzlekin apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms and applicable law.

Ownership

Puzzlekin, including its software, artwork, characters, text, sounds, branding, and other content, is owned by Fegrinet or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create commercial derivative works from Puzzlekin except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Puzzlekin. We aim to keep the app reliable, but cannot promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Purchases

The current Puzzlekin apps do not offer in-app purchases. If purchases are introduced later, they will be processed by the applicable app store and will also be subject to that store’s payment, subscription, and refund terms.

Disclaimer and responsibility

Puzzlekin is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Fegrinet is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will appear on this page.
