Using Puzzlekin

These Terms of Use apply to Puzzlekin: Kids Puzzle Adventure and the Puzzlekin website. A parent or legal guardian should review these terms for a child using the app.

You may use Puzzlekin for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with Apple’s App Store terms and applicable law.

Ownership

Puzzlekin, including its software, artwork, characters, text, sounds, branding, and other content, is owned by Fegrinet or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create commercial derivative works from Puzzlekin except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Puzzlekin. We aim to keep the app reliable, but cannot promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Purchases

The current version does not offer in-app purchases. If purchases are introduced later, they will be processed by Apple and will also be subject to Apple’s payment, subscription, and refund terms.

Disclaimer and responsibility

Puzzlekin is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Fegrinet is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will appear on this page.
